Sonic and the Secret Rings} é o primeiro jogo protagonizado por Sonic the Hedgehog para Nintendo Wii. Pela primeira vez desde 1996, Sonic participa sozinho de um jogo (seus amigos aparecem somente nos minigames em multiplayer), quando enfrentou Eggman em Sonic 3D Blast (16-bit) (para Mega Drive) onde ele tinha que salvar os flickyes das mãos do malvado cientista.
