Wood Henry or 'Dead Eye" Henry is a Revolutionary assassin currently working for the group known as the Tea Party. He is also a former assassin from the Revolutionary group known as the Birds Of Prey. His parents were former Marines turned Fisherman who often traded and did business in Alabasta. When Henry was 5 while at sea his families ship was in the path of a Celestial Dragons convoy. As they moved their ship out of its way the convoy fired on them anyway and destroyed their ship.
