Titan Henchmen first appeared in Batman: Arkham Asylum and later on in Batman:Arkham City. They were convicts transferred temporarily to Arkham Asylum from Blackgate Prison and infected with the Titan formula. The Titan Henchman was the first Boss opponent in Arkham Asylum.
