Phantom-Arma is an antagonist created and owned by AnarackWarriorsStudios. He is a version of Mighty the Armadillo who became insane and corrupted by the Phantom Ruby and began serving the mysterious voice coming from the stone, following its orders to cover the world with illusions to "fix" reality.
