OTT Lolita, or "over the top" lolita is a substyle of lolita that focuses on dramatic and overabundant themes and accessories. However, in Japan this term is not used, and such outfits are instead referred to as Decora Lolita. OTT style refers to any lolita coordinate that is considered to be "over the top."
