The Iowa State Chess Association Board of Directors has voted to appoint Cassidy "Cub" Noble as En Passant Editor and Mike Volz as webmaster. Mike Volz, from Waterloo, has been playing tournament chess for about 20 years. He has worked as a software engineer for 12 years. He enjoys spending time with his family (which includes three daughters), exercising, music and computer games.
