The New Onigashima Project was the name of a military project designed by Kaidou of the Four Emperors which involved moving the island of Onigashima onto Wano Country's mainland, officially putting it under the Beasts Pirates' control and turning the country into a lawless paradise for pirates to oppose the World Government. However, the project ended in complete and total failure thanks to the efforts of the Ninja-Pirate-Mink-Samurai Alliance and Kaidou's defeat at the hands of Monkey D. Luffy
