One day while browsing online she happens upon a strange website called the Magical Girl Site where a terrifying person suddenly appears and tells her that she will grant her magical abilities. Things get weirder when the next day a mysterious weapon appears in her locker and she is forced to use it on a bully, who suddenly disappears. To her horror, she later learns that they had been run over by a train. It’s not long until Aya learns that she isn’t the only magical girl when her classmate Tsuyuno Yatsumura reveals that she is one too. The two become friends and Tsuyuno offers to help Aya and teach her in the ways of being a magical girl.
