This is an NPC of Reaper! Sans. When you click him, he says "Heya kiddo, I lost some souls around here, can you help me out?" if you say okay, he will say "great, here's what i'll give you for the souls you find." this will bring up a menu. you can exchange 8 kills for 1 win, and 1 Soul for 50 kills. During the Halloween2021 event you could also exchange 3 souls and 100 kills to unlock Death. Recently, Reaper Sanses appearance has been changed to look more like Death.
