A stoic man at heart, Guile is loyal to both his allies, the United States, and the military, yet he is also extremely persistent in exacting vengeance on Bison, who apparently killed his best friend and partner Charlie Nash, or so his superiors say. Guile's theme song in Street Fighter II has featured in many videos for years now, perpetuating the popular "Guile's theme goes with everything" internet meme.
