Fun and engaging, digital interactive game to determine the effects of natural or man made disturbances on the biodiversity of populations of organisms in a food web. Great for Earth Day or environmental science units! Students first use the given food chains to draw lines connecting interacting organisms on the forest ecosystem food web. Then they roll a pair of dice to determine which detrimental event occurred. They DELETE the lines connecting the affected organisms on their digital food webs. The best part? A different outcome occurs each time the class or groups play! Reflection questions get great discussions going after the activities. ==>Please check out my blog post on How to Make Food Webs Interactive and Fun!
